This RCM workshop should be attended by all those who will be directly involved in the forth-coming RCM analysis, either as a group member or as a facilitator. During the workshop, each analysis is lead by the facilitator trainee under the guidance of the workshop tutor.

Purpose of the Ten-Day RCM Facilitator Training Course

Familiarize RCM facilitators and Study Group Members with the theory, as well as the practical RCM process and learn to solve real-life problems that occurred during RCM Study.

This course provides the opportunity to apply RCM2 with two practical exercises: The first exercise is a "standard" case study that reinforces key RCM2 principles. The second exercise is a real-life case study in which an RCM2 analysis is applied.
